We at Atlas Estate Sales understand that finding availability can be difficult, and therefore work diligently to accommodate time constraints. Home Owners Associations (HOAs) can hinder a traditional estate sale, but Atlas Estate Sales has the expedient and profitable solutions to help!
STEP 2: The Set Up- Approximately two weeks before the sale, we begin the discovery phase by emptying out all cabinets and storage places. Your home becomes a showroom!
We bring in our tables, clothing racks, locking display cases, jewelry displays, and anything else we see will exhibit your items accordingly.
STEP 3: The Sale- After setting up the home, we will host the sale over 2-3 days. Our professional sales staff knows how to get the most from your goods.
We have sufficient staff throughout the sale to assure the home is secure and every customer gets the help they need. Between our skilled sales staff and extensive advertising, your sale is guaranteed to be a success.
STEP 4: Clean Out- In the days following the sale, it is up to you to decide if you would like our clean out crew to empty the home of any remaining items. Leftover items that can be donated will be, for which you will receive a tax deduction slip.
STEP 5: The Results- Within 10 working days you will receive a check, a tax deduction slip if necessary, and a completely empty home. There are no upfront costs. We provide the organizing staging, researching, pricing, advertising and staffing necessary for a successful sale.
